BootsRescue is my go to product to keep my winter footwear looking clean. If you live in NYC you know that salt stains are the worst! Ask my husband and he will tell you I’m the worst at keeping my shoes clean.
BootsRescue works so well on our winter shoes (see!), and I’ve loved the single HandbagRescue wipes they sent me, so it only made sense to try their solution for sandals during our destination wedding in Jamaica. In fact we love them so much we didn’t just want the wipes for us, we wanted to include the Sandals Rescue for all of our guests in their welcome gift bag!
I decided to invest in a few pairs of Coach shoes for the wedding and honeymoon. I wore the flip flops every day and the platforms for my actual wedding. Given how often I was wearing them, the flip flops started to stain pretty quickly. We were taking photos (and having them taken of us) nonstop so I wanted to make sure my shoes were always on point. Sandals Rescue packs were stashed in our room and in my beach bag and they really did come in handy. The photo above with my sandals was take near the end of the trip after a quick wipe down and you can tell that they really held up. I even wiped down my brand new platforms before I walked down the aisle to get rid of the small marks they had gotten while we took photos beforehand.
They were just as much a hit with our guests and definitely were the standout item from our goody bag! You can check out their other products here!
Sandals Rescue, like all of their other products, is all natural! So you can use it as often as you like and on the inside of your shoes without worrying about chemicals coming into contact with your skin. That’s a huge differentiator for a shoe cleaner.
I really like that these come in a handy wipe form as opposed to a bottle of liquid. Personally it is a lot more convenient and less messy.
